Mikel is a full spectrum Talent Management Professional with over 20 years of experience.

 

Mikel's primary mission is to help individuals achieve their personal and professional dreams and to assist organizations in developing, engaging, and retaining their employees.

 

Mikel has a proven track record of results with key efforts focused on creating the strategy for and implementing leadership development programs, succession planning, high-potential identification and development, executive coaching, and curricula development.

Mikel is an engaging facilitator and can speak to audiences at all levels. He is known for his ability to tailor content to the audience's industry, organizational culture, and level of responsibility in the organization. Mikel excels at making complicated topics easy to understand. 

 

While Mikel has extensive experience working in academia, non-profits, and healthcare organizations, he has worked with multiple sectors, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, manufacturing, and retail.

Client engagements range from working with front-line employees to resolve long-standing team issues to leading strategic planning sessions for senior leaders, including the C-suite.

 

Mikel has coached over 200 physicians and physician leaders and over 300 mid and senior-level leaders.
